Who We Are

For more than 20 years, the team at Elevated Capital Advisors has worked with new and highly experienced real estate investors alike, and everywhere in between, providing exclusive access to high-quality investment properties with a flexible entry point.

For us, a combination of education and experience is critical in analyzing, presenting, and securing the right assets for our customers. Every member of our team is a licensed real estate agent, while also carrying degrees in business, management, finance, financial planning and multiple MBAs (and even history, but we won’t hold that against him).

Beyond our passion for helping investors, there are two themes that emanate throughout our company’s culture – service and international travel.

Every member of our team has provided humanitarian service in various countries throughout the world, including Ghana, Mauritius, Ivory Coast, Nepal, Mexico, Chile and Costa Rica. (…and that doesn’t even scratch the surface of the variety of international travel we have enjoyed, but that’s a story for another day…) We love to serve!

What We Do

Elevated Capital Advisors has partnered with industry leaders in the most attractive investment arenas of triple net (NNN) commercial real estate, tenancy in common (TIC), Delaware Statutory Trusts (DST), syndicated multifamily, oil and gas royalties, and qualified opportunity zones (QOZs). We utilize these assets to create custom solutions that meet the individual needs and goals of each investor we serve.

In addition to our efforts to “give back” by teaching free courses on investment alternatives and 1031 exchanges, we have worked with thousands of 1031 exchange customers, as well as cash investors and self-directed IRAs (SDIRA),to analyze billions of dollars in investment properties.

Even during the Covid pandemic, we successfully completed over $50 million in closings for our customers, so we are poised to assist you through thick and thin!
